Everytime you purchase a tote you help keep a woman employed and educate a girl. Your purchase of a small size tote doubles the family income of a woman for nearly a week and educates a girl for two months.

The sturdy totes have so many uses you'll want to own more than one. Melissa in Houston now uses nine -- a pool bag, snack bag for car trips, bible class materials, children's books and toys, craft projects, two purses and one "just because."

With their income women can purchase cooking stoves, water buffalo for milk and other necessities.

Sell totes at a gathering

You can help the women of rural South India by selling their totes and telling their story. Profits from the sale of these totes educate village girls.

We offer the opportunity to include tote sales in your next gathering of women. Wherever women gather can be an appropriate venue:

• women's retreats, church or civic groups
• MOPS or book clubs
• or, create your own gathering at an in-home or in-office party

Here's how a gathering works:

• Devote 10 minutes of program time to introduce Eternal Threads and play our short DVD presentation.
• Encourage women to shop during an established break period.

Eternal Threads will help you plan. We will happily:

• Provide tools to tell the story of the women and children in rural India

• Accept and facilitate returns of any totes not sold

Sell totes as a fundraiser for your organization

When you sell totes to raise money for your organization you will receive a 20% discount off the list price of each tote. A minimum order of 10 totes is required.

The discount gives you the following income (based on our most commonly sold retail price points):

• $5 on a $25 tote
• $7 on a $35 tote
• $8 on a $40 tote

Of course you can also ask for a donation above the set retail price point to increase your overall revenue.

Carry a Catalog

Some friends of Eternal Threads carry a catalog when they get together with friends. In this way they spread the word, sell totes and bless the lives of women and children.
